“I used Pipedrive for 2 years and over that time it was the most problematic tool in my software stack. The features the advertise are good in theory, but often don’t work as advertised. I had many issues with email deliverability using their platform among other things. The most recent issue was related to their document uploading and e-signing feature. Any document I try to upload had formatting errors. The feature can’t be used. I brought this up with their team and they identified it as a bug. That was 2 months ago and there is still no solution, yet they’re still happy to advertise the broken feature on their website and take your money for it. As far as I’m concerned,that’s stealing. I found their service team to be limited in how helpful they are. They use an overseas team to handle customer service inquiries that is disconnected from management, so when anything out of the ordinary goes wrong, it’s difficult to find a solution and can end up in days if not weeks or sorting out an issue, costing me hundred if not thousands of dollars. I had hope for Pipedrive based on features, but the bugs and lack of service led to downtime that cost me real money. During the verification process you can’t proceed with your campaigns. That means you can’t plan anything because you never know if they don’t block your campaign once again. If you for example want to send the campaign during the weekend, and the verification pops up then the soonest date you’ll be unblocked is after the weekend.
