MailCon Las Vegas FAQs

Where and when is MailCon Las Vegas taking place?

MailCon Las Vegas has been rescheduled to now take place on January 11 - 13, 2022.

The conference will be held at Caesars Palace Convention Center on the Emporer's Level, located conveniently at the top of the Convention Center escalators.

The event will kick-off on Tuesday evening, January 11th, at TopGolf Las Vegas with a welcome reception, and concludes on Thursday evening, January 13th.

Are vaccines and masks required?

Masks

Masks will be provided to each attendee upon check-in and are required to be worn, in accordance with the local and state guidelines at this time.

Proof of Vaccination

You will NOT be required to show proof of vaccination, unless mandated by local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or guidelines.

Our team will keep you adequately informed should there be any updates or changes leading up to the event.

What onsite safety measures are being taken?

The safety of our attendees, vendors, sponsors, and staff is our top priority. We are taking extra precautions and measures to ensure cleanliness and COVID-safe measures are practiced throughout the event.

Masks will be provided to each attendee upon check-in and are required to be worn, in accordance with the local and state guidelines at this time.

Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the venue and surface cleaning will be performed routinely throughout the event.

When will the full agenda be released?

The full agenda and session schedule will be released on December 3rd. In the meantime, you can view the basic event Agenda to plan your travel accordingly.

Can I pick up my conference badge at the welcome reception?

Yes. You will be able to pick up your conference badge at the reception. Your MailCon Las Vegas 2022 registration confirmation and valid form of ID will be required for entry and to claim your badge.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes. All event passes are transferable, at no additional costs to you, up to (2) two times. If you need to transfer a ticket, you can easily do this without even needing to get in touch with us.

Simply click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that you've purchased or that are under your name. Click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee's information. Both you and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.

How can I change my registration details?

Yes. If for any reason you would like to change your registration details, you can easily do so here. If you need to change your email or transfer your ticket to someone else, you'll need to transfer your registration. Not to worry, that's a very easy process you can do here.

To edit your details, click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that are under your name. Simply click "Edit Details" and customize away.

How do I cancel a ticket and will I get a refund?

Please contact [email protected] to cancel your ticket.

  • Cancellations of event passes for the MailCon Las Vegas 2022 will receive a full refund to the original payment method when completed on or before December 10, 2021.
  • After December 10th, we will no longer provide a refund for cancellations (even if you cannot attend MailCon).
  • All event passes are transferable, at no additional costs to you, up to (2) two times.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to reflect the change in your account. When you request a refund, you’ll be confirming that you’ve reviewed and understood this attendee registration refund policy.

What kind of discounts do you offer?

Complimentary Passes

We offer limited complimentarty passes for the MailCon Las Vegas 2022 to sponsors, partners, speakers, and qualified members of the media. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details on sponsorships, partnerships, speaking opportunities, or media credentials.

Group Discounts

Special group pricing is available for groups of 5 or more after Early Bird ticket specials conclude. Please visit our registration page for more details.

Addtional Details

Please note, discounts cannot be combined with other offers or retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.

I need a visa to attend, how do I get one?

Invitation Letter

If you are traveling overseas to attend MailCon, please note, it is your responsibility to arrange any Visa requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any guidance or assistance on any Visa appointments. However, we are happy to issue an invitation letter if you are registered for the upcoming event. To request an invitation letter, please email us at [email protected] with your ticket number.

Denied Visa

If your Visa application was denied, get in touch with us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving notice. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method when submitted on or before December 10, 2021.

How do I download and access the MailCon App?

You can download the MailCon App from the App Store or Google Play. Please note you must be registered to login into the app.

You can chat with attendees before, during or after the event, get real-time event updates, and view sponsor offers.

Enable the app's push notifications to receive important updates before and during the event.
