Updates Regarding COVID-19

New Update: October 19, 2020

Regretfully, due to the continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, all MailCon in-person events have been canceled until further notice. Our attendees, staff, and vendor's safety is our top priority. We will resume hosting live conferences when it is safe to do so.

    Although we were looking forward to a great show in New York this summer, our attendees, staff, and vendor's safety is our top priority. Regretfully, due to the continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, MailCon New York 2020, scheduled to take place this coming July 26th at the Crowne Plaza Times Square, will be canceled.

    It is with a heavy heart that we've made this decision, but we are excited to share that we are already in the works of planning our next and best conference yet, MailCon Las Vegas 2021, that will be held January 31st and February 1st at Caesars Palace. We're also planning virtual opportunities and more to keep you connected and informed for the remainder of this year. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new announcements.

      Notice for MailCon New York 2020 registered attendees:

    • All registered conference passes will be transfered to our next MailCon event, at no additional costs to you, up to (2) two times.
    • Cancellations of conference passes completed on or before June 1, 2020 will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
    • After June 1st, we will no longer provide a refund for cancellations (even if you cannot attend the next MailCon event).

Where can I find my MailCon ticket to access the virtual event?

You will find your ticket on the MailCon Mobile App or in the confirmation email that you received upon registration. If you can’t find your confirmation email, click here and follow the prompts.

Once you have located your ticket, you can access the virtual event by using the email you used for registration and following the prompts.

How can I transfer a ticket?

If you need to transfer a MailCon ticket, you can easily do this without even needing to get in touch with us.

Simply click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that you've purchased or that are under your name. Click "Transfer Registration" for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee's information. Both you and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.

How can I change my registration details?

If for any reason you would like to change your registration details, you can easily do so here. If you need to change your email or transfer your ticket to someone else, you'll need to transfer your registration. Not to worry, that's a very easy process you can do here.

To edit your details, click here and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations that are under your name. Simply click "Edit Details" and customize away.

How do I cancel a ticket and will I get a refund?

Please contact [email protected] to cancel your ticket.

  • Cancellations of conference passes completed on or before January 15, 2021 will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After January 15th, we will no longer provide a refund for cancellations (even if you cannot attend MailCon).
  • All conference passes are transferable, at no additional costs to you, up to (2) two times.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to reflect the change in your account. When you request a refund, you’ll be confirming that you’ve reviewed and understood this attendee registration refund policy.

What kind of discounts do you offer?

We offer special discounts for undergraduate students and select groups.

Please note, any discounts we provide cannot be combined with any other offers. All discounts start on November 30, 2020 and are valid through January 26, 2021. Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for in-person events only. Special group pricing is only available to sponsors for virtual events.

Student Discounts

We know how expensive college can be. As a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree this year (in 2020), you can save 25% off your registration! Unfortunately, part-time students, students pursuing postgraduate or professional degrees, or faculty members are not eligible for this discount.

To receive a discounted ticket to MailCon, please contact and we'll email you requesting proof of your current student status. Once you email us back, we’ll email you a custom link where you can register online for the student rate. Please note, you will be required to provide your valid student credidentials.

How do I download and access the MailCon App?

You can download the MailCon App from the App Store or Google Play. Please note you must be registered to login into the app.

You can chat with attendees before, during or after the conference, as well as customize your agenda and more.

Media Credentials

We provide conference passes to members of the media looking to attend our event. Please download and complete the Media Credential Form, and return it to us at [email protected].
