We understand that not all attendees who purchase an admission will be able to attend. All cancellation requests will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event, if not sooner. No refunds, only credit towards a future MailCon event within 12 months of this event, will be granted to those requesting refunds. Refunds will NOT be given to no-shows. All refund requests should go to firstname.lastname@example.org.

A limited number of press passes are available. Please contact email@example.com and we will be in touch if we are going to issue press credentials to you. If you receive a press access pass and no-show, you will not be granted another press pass for Mailcon events.
